All swings use galvanized pipe produced in patented in-line triple zinc FloCoat process that provides a smooth shiny appearance with excellent corrosion resistance. Molded rubber cut proof seats with 4/0 chain. Hangers shall be stamped steel split clamp with bronze bearings or optional galvanized ductile iron with oil impregnated bronze bearings.
Swing legs shall be 13 gauge 1 7/8 O.D. Top rail shall be 13 gauge 2 3/8 O.D. pipe. End and center fittings will be fabricated from 13 gauge 2 3/8 O.D. and 8 gauge 2 7/8 O.D. FloCoated tubing so that legs and top rails slide into the fittings and are held in place with socket set screws.
